As I said there, I'm actually sort of neutral on the question of the merits of the historical Richard III and Henry VII, and am much more interested in the two of them as literary-historiographical constructions
Actually, that's my interest too, on some level. I love looking at the incredibly varied Richards and Henries one gets, based on what one is reading. The women even more so, hence the dissertation on the subject.
