That was weird.

So I'm sitting in the big comfy armchair, just minding my own business. Only person at home, broad daylight, etc.

And the television just switches on. I glanced around, thinking maybe I'd sat on the remote control. Nope. It's on the other side of the room, and, to make matters stranger, pointed *away* from the television.

I had wondered for some time if this house was haunted. It wouldn't have surprised me. But this is just odd.

The scientist/engineer in me automatically says "power surge," "faulty wiring," or something like that.

The rest of me lets the hairs on the back of my neck stand on end. ;)

my roomate brought a stereo this year to our dorm room and it randomly turns on at times. It's really wierd... especially when it happens in the middle of the night... *shivers*

Then we were watching one of those ghost shows on TLC or Discovery... *shivers*
