Well, angevin2 actually sort of recommended a book that I just picked up today and am really enjoying so far -- The Three Richards by Nigel Saul. I'd also recommend anything by Charles Wood and K.B. McFarlane for a very balanced viewpoint on the Wars of the Roses in general. For not-quite-pro-Richard but well-researched and well-written, Charles Ross is good, and for very pro-Richard, there's no one better than Paul Murray Kendall. In all, it really depends on what you're in the mood for.
