Lovely editorial in the New York Times written by none other than Neil Gaiman. Enjoyably creepy.

And the wind is howling rather menacingly outside my window in spite of the brightest blue sky one could possibly want. Today may be a Camera Day.

Ah, Halloween. I'm going to buy myself chocolate to celebrate.

(After spending a few hours in the library trying to track down an English translation of Polydore Vergil. I'm a loser and cannot read copious amounts of Latin without going cross-eyed.)

I just read the Gaiman editorial--it actually gave me shivers. It was "She says she's cold and she's lonely" that did it.

And I have a copy of Fragile Things waiting for me at the public library, just as soon as I have a free afternoon this week to go and get it... *does happy dance*
