Oct. 20th, 2006 06:38 pmSo I printed out all my voter registration information and will be sending it out tomorrow. If I don't hear back within two weeks, I will be sending out the absentee ballot that went with aforementioned forms.
Maybe, just maybe, they'll count it this time.
I doubt it, though. Because I'm a Democrat in a battleground state voting from abroad, and the Ohio voter registration website had banners supporting Ken Blackwell all over it. I have a feeling that, for the second time, my vote is about to be oh-so-carelessly cast aside. This won't stop me from trying, mind you. I'll still send in the ballot. But I have very few hopes for it.
I'm going to rewatch Jane Eyre and have some tea. It'll improve my mood, I think.
